San here...today I would like to share a layout, using a WOW title and AltaMatz
I have used a grey texture paint through the AltaMatz...and then added some embossing powder, used heat gun to set it Then used a script stamp to add some highlights
I have left the title as it comes...the dark wood veneer has so much personality, you really don't need to do much to them.
Get into your lss and grab a few AltaMatz and have play with all sorts of texture paints and pastes....experiment, get messy.....its fun! Kerryn here too, featuring some of the new chipboard swirls and flourishes and a new chevron 6x6 AltaMATZ. A simple page created based on the latest Stuck?! sketch. The background was done with Distress Ink and the new AtlaMATZ. The new Swirls and flourishes have been cut into smaller pieces and coated with Stickles in a variety of colours. The new wood veneer title 'Love It' has been coloured with red ink. Checking out the surf
Hi there...just popping in to share a layout using some of the New Releases for March
I have used the 6x6 small flower Altamatz with white gesso and then just flicked some dylusions about. I have no issue using flowers on a boys layout, well lets be honest...men are the majority when it comes to landscapers etc....but also this layout is a memory for my son, he is writing a goodbye letter to a favourite teacher of his, who was diagnosed (& since sadly left us) with cancer. he wanted her to know how special she was to him.
...along with the AltaMatz...I have used the New Release lamp post and this awesome flourish. The flourish has been prayed with a mist to change its colour and the lamp post has a very light vintage photo ink on its edges
This page is just a random one with snaps of Tom, no great story, just great smiles!
..... using one of the New WOW dark wood veneer mini words
.....the New AltaMatz being used with gesso and mist in layers
...and how nice is this new chipboard piece.....I have used a texture paste and ink.
This month WOW have a whole bunch of NEW flourishes...small and fine and perfect for your scrapbooking and card making....get your lss to get some in for you.
Welcome to the blog today. Kerryn here today to share my page featuring some more of the March New Releases with you. I have created this page using a number of the different types of WOW products. A new 6x6 AltaMATZ has been used with Distress Ink on the background, then I have a variety of chipboard and wood veneers pieces to bring it to life. The new chipboard 'Archway' has been decorated with Gesso, ink, Stickles and dimensional paint for some texture and depth. The chipboard Bicycle has simply been coloured with gel pens and Stickles. The new wood veneer title 'Love this' was lightly swiped with Distress Ink and then I have covered a wood veneer Brushed Heart with Stickles to use as a highlight for the 'o' in Love. Here is my sweet great-niece on her third birthday. Love this Some close ups Thanks for visiring the blog today
Hello & welcome! The blog is a buzz this week with the latest of WOW's New Releases on show for all to see. It's Kerryn here and I have a very girlie page to share with you, featuring a new 6x6 AltaMATZ and new Wood Veneer title. The new Floral 6x6 AltaMATZ has been used with mainly Gesso and stickles to create some texture to the background paper. The wood veneer title has been thickly coated with Stickles and then left to dry. Your BIG DAY
A couple of close-ups for you Thank you for dropping in and please check back for more inspiration throughout the month.
Tess here today to showcase my love for San Francisco. This city is one of my favourite in the world and no trip is complete without a visit to the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. When I saw the new chipboard bridges I instantly knew what I was going to do with them. Layer them up and colour them the recognisable colour of the old girl herself.
Forever San Francisco
The chipboard bridges has been coloured with Ranger dauber paint.
One of my favourite layouts I have pieced together with the gorgeous March new releases is this one. The 6x6 Altamatz is gorgeous and the chipboard and wood veneer is so easy to work with. The wood veneer has been left raw.
A close up of the Altamatz
The chipboard flourish has been misted with a gold mist to match in with the rest of the layout and the photo.
Thanks for stopping past. Make sure you keep checking in to catch up on more of the inspiration and new releases on offer this month.
WOW NEW RELEASES for MARCH....
Here is a peek at just some of the goodies on offer this month....
so please enjoy what the dt have to show you through out the month of March.
I will start the month with a layout using my new favourite AltaMatz.
This is a photo of my favourite wine.......that I don't just 'like'...I 'love', as the title says. These are New Release wood veneer titles from WOW, both are cut from the light wood and are a great size, not only for a layout, but also for SMASH, and Project Life.
I have used a layer of gesso on the Altamatz and before I removed it, added a few drops of paint and smeared it over the top, so you get the dimension and the colour. Then a added some random stamps of arrows, using black stazon ink.
This Altamatz is a full 12x12, but I have chosen to just use a part of the mask on this layout.
The wood veneer titles are the raw light wood veneer, and this cute little frame is a New Release chipboard, again I have left raw.
Thanks for dropping in.....be sure to pop back and see what the dt have to inspire you for March
