 sharing our AWESOME Anzac Day veneer release...

I've also used our NEW 3x2 AltaMatz they are the perfect size for your project life cards...

I've used modelling creme and embossing enamels on a few pieces of chippy...

The green pieces of chippy is actually a 12x12 piece and I've just cut it up for a bit of dimension...

I hope I've given you all a little inspiration to get out all your Project Life goodies and create...

Some more cool uses for WOW chipboard and wood veneers - Malinda Gardner

I love using my WOW chipboard as a background.

Behind photos, underneath embelishments.

Creating layers is what I love to do.

Here I've used the mini background chipboard which I've misted and tore it to fit behind the photo.

Chipboard can be torn or ripped or cut easily so it can be used to fit the photo.

Here I've cut the mesh border into rough strips to use on the edges of my photo. A bit of ink on some parts is all it needs to grunge it up a bit.

Wood veneers can also been cut up. And all of it can be used. I love to use the NEGATIVE part of the wood veneer and chipboard. Double the stuff!

Here I've used some just a bit of the Dot Pack.

How leaving it raw means you can stamp on it too, again creating layers, adding to the dimension on the page.

Lastly I'm really in love with single words as titles these days and WOW has the biggest collection of words around. 

Here I've used the single BEACH word in wood veneer. Again I've kept it raw and stamped a bit on it but other times I love to use gelatos to give them a quick bit of colour.

Those wood veneer circles are on a lot of pages these days. I love circles, can you tell! And they're from the circles dot pack that I used in the Love This page.

Well that's what I've been working on lately....hope you like what you see and have found some more cool uses for WOW chipboard and wood veneers. I'm off to scrap!

Monday Inspiration with Kerryn

Welcome to the WOW Blog on this fine and chilly Monday morning. 

It's my turn to share a few projects with you and hopefully give you a few ideas to try with our amazing products.

The first 12x12 page was created with the Dark Wood Veneer title This Happened, lightly swiped with black ink and a WOW chipboard light bulb based with white ink and covered with Kindy Glitz to give it some glow.

The next project under the spotlight was put together using Mini Filmstrips covered with black ink, stamped with red ink and then a thick coat of Dimensional Magic. The title piece is Hello Summer in a beautiful font. It's been painted with Distress Paint and then finished with some Dimensional Magic

The final piece of chipboard was once the 12x12 Moroccan set but now only a small piece remains. Originally sprayed with different shades of Glimmer Mist.



The final two pages are my recent samples for the latest April challenges over at Stuck?! Sketches.

100% Girl

This is my very sweet Great Niece on her sister's birthday, reasonable happy eating with the blocks! The page was created using Mini Filmstrips covered with black ink, Laugh Love You Polaroid frames painted pink and the Mini Heart and Wire Panel jazzed up with some Stickles.
The Wood Veneer title 100% Girl was covered with Dimensional Magic

Hello Al...hope you have had a fabulous weekend of crafting or making memories to scrap later!

San here with a few of my latest layouts using some of the fabulous WOW available to you at your local scrap store!...WHAT you say???...they don't stock WOW....get them to contact us and sort that out immediately!

This layout is my nephews...a photo from years gone past..using some NEW wood veneer pieces from WOW

'living the dream'...we were just a year ago, on an OS holiday to the USA for 6 weeks. On this layout I have used the world map AltaMatz and a wood veneer title.



On the 'relax' layout, I have used a filmstrip Altamatz with texture paste and then added a dark wood veneer title and map tab.

 On this layout of my POD...I have added a small circle of chipboard barbwire

'snap', is a layout I taught last week at my scrapbooking store...we added the chipboard circles with a little white paint on them and black highlights & the title is a mini chipboard word covered with lime dylusion paint and sprayed with orange dylusion mist



In february the (amost all of us) WOW dt got together for a weekend of laughs, chatter and create...

This layout is one of mine that I have used the awesome FREE Tripe Treat Challenge chipboard for the month of April.



Photos have  away of you realising just how fast time goes past....This photo is of my POD with his godmothers son, Liam. They have been in each others lives since birth...and although we don't get to see each other often enough these days, they are mates. Here they caught up at basketball one afternoon.

I love these wood veneer adds to a page...and you don't have to do anything to them, the wood is so awesome raw.

Dreamcatcher Layout

Howdy Bloggers Lisa Here .

I have been using my signature WOW feather stencil to create dreamcatcher layouts,

and loving the effect that one can create.

Do you have a "dreamcatcher" in their family.

I do ! My eldest is making her dreams come true. 

Even though I might not understand her particular choices,

I cant help but celebrate her achievements .

I will be teaching this dreamcatcher class in May at Pages2Scrap ,Tuggerah.
