This is my last post for my week on the blog, and I have put together 3 cards using WOW chipboard to show a couple of the smaller items that are available.
The first card is using one of the Mini Mo's (WOW1605). I have coloured it in with a black sharpie marker then put a layer of Dimensional Magic over the top to make it pop.
Card two is using the Mixed Words #1 Pack (WOW1124) and the Mini Heart Pack (WOW1595). I have sprayed the 'Just for You' in white Mister Hueys. Once dry I have coloured it in with a yellow sharpie marker and coated with Dimensional Magic. I have stuck patterned paper to the hearts and filed off the excess.
Card three is using the Journal Frame with Flourish (WOW1723). It has been simply coloured black with a sharpie marker.
I hope I have been able to provide some good techniques and a little inspiration for altering your WOW chipboard.
Ask your LSS if they stock Words or Whatever products. If they don't ask them to order some in for you.

Tess's Week - We Are Family
Tess here again with another chipboard technique.
I took some photos of my gorgeous cousins at Christmas time for presents but couldn't help scrapping one of them for my own record.

We Are Family
I have used the 'We Are Family' title (WOW1018) and the Sarah Flourish (WOW1726). They have been coloured in with a navy blue sharpie texter. I have then stamped over the top with a whisper white Stampin Up ink and stamp.
Lets remember that Words or Whatever isn't just chipboard. I have used one of the awesome 12x12 Sunrays AltaMATZ (ALTA081) on this page too.
I will be back tomorrow with some card inspiration using WOW.

Tess's Week - With A Smile On Her Face
Hi, Tess here again.
I'm back with another layout using a couple of pieces of WOW.
All pieces have been coloured with a black shaprie marker to make them pop and help blend the photo in with the papers.

Putting this layout together I have used the Ornamental Gate (WOW991) and the Doily Corners (WOW1620).
I will be back tomorrow with more to share.

Tess's Week - Sushi Train Date
Hi bloggers, Tess here. I have been very excited to share this post since my experiment.
And when I say experiment I had a massive amount of fun in getting this idea to work.
I have a slight obsession with Washi Tape. I have so many rolls of it in different colours and patterns that I spend a little while trying to figure out how to combine WOW and washi.
Here is the result

Sushi Train Date
I have used Flourish #11 (LB019) and Corner Arrow Pack (WOW1626), all have been covered in washi tape. This is one way to alter a pattern on chipboard.
I ran strips of washi the length of the piece of chipboard. I have then trimmed them back and filed off the excess. This is repeated across the width of the chipboard until it is covered to your liking. By using washi with the patterns like I have chosen, I haven't had to match up them up side by side, but something to be conscious of if using this technique.
This works best on the more chunky pieces of chipboard so there is not as much filing to be done. It took a bit of time to make this work, but a technique I will be trying again.

Tess's Week - WOW and Smash
Hi bloggers, Tess here again.
Any one that follows my blog will already know that I am getting right into smash. Today I wanted to show you that WOW chipboard and altaMATZ can be used in a smash album too.
This is my first smash album and I have been playing around with ideas, so thought I would give some chipboard a go.
I have used one of the Mini Leaf Branches (WOW1721) on this page. These are a favourite of mine. This one has been coloured in with a green sharpie marker.
This page I have used the Christmas Tree (WOW590). It has been coloured in with a white gel pen and the star with a green sharpie marker.
This last page isn't very clear, but I have used the custom designed film strip AltaMATZ inked and then stamped onto the page. It was just enough to alter a plain page and add a little pop of colour.
I am loving playing with these smaller items in smash. These could also be used on Project Life for an added bit of dimension.
These products are so versatile.

Tess's Week - Treasured Moments
Hi WOW lovers, Tess here. I am taking over the blog for the week and hope to show some techniques with chipboard that will inspire.
Firstly, how awesome were the AltaMATZ videos that Sue put together? There were so many great techniques to play around with.
Secondly the February challenge is still open and can be found here.
For my first post I wanted to share a layout using the 'Treasured Moments' title (WOW1715) and Curly Heart Flourish (WOW1000).

For my first post I wanted to share a layout using the 'Treasured Moments' title (WOW1715) and Curly Heart Flourish (WOW1000).
I have coated both pieces of chipboard in white Mister Hueys and allowed it to dry. I have then sprayed it with Heidi Swapp colour shine to give it its beautiful teal colour.
As I wanted the title to stand out I have put a layer of dimensional magic over the top to give it a nice shiny finish. When using mists and Dimensional Magic, it is best to have each coat fully dry before applying the next.
The Curly Heart Flourish has had a light sprinkle of Matha Stewart crystal glitter over the teal mist while it was still wet to make it stick. Once dry I have shaken off the excess glitter that didnt stick.
It was just enough to make it stand out but in a completely different way to the title, even though they are the same base colour.
Thanks for dropping by, and I will be back again tomorrow with another chipboard technique.
