50th Wedding Anniversary (Part 2) - Kerryn

Welcome back to the blog.

Today I am sharing a few more pages from my parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary album.

This is the church they were married in back in country South Australiain 1963. The title for this page 'Where it all began' was a custom-cut WOW chipboard piece that has been covered with gold paint and a quick lick of glitter Mod Podge. I used another Butterfly from a Butterfly Elements pack covered with a combination of gold and aqua inks.

And here is the happy couple on their special day. They look so young!
The chipboard pieces have all been covered using gold paint, once dry, I have finished them off with a good coat of Glossy Accents. I have used Heart Trio x2, the word Wedding as my title and some hearts from the Mini Heart Pack

OK now to show off my parent's greatest assets, their children and families.

You may notice there are gold envelopes on each page. Each envelope holds messages/pictures from the children, their partners and the grandchildren. They tell our parents how much they are loved, some of our favourite memories from our childhood and what this occasion means to us.

First to arrive and the eldest of the bunch, is my brother Peter. Such a handsome man!
Both of the chipboard pieces featured here were custom-cut.
They have been covered with gold paint and glitter Mod Podge.

On the opposite page to each child, is a page created capturing their beautiful families. I loved creating the collages of each family for the album. I have used the Mini People Pack to represent each family member. They have been simply inked with gold.

Well I think I will leave it there for today, I will have more from the album later in the week.
Hope you will check back tomorrow to see what else I have been doing.

Thanks for visiting the blog.
