October 22nd

Tess back today with another quick share - this time with a Christmas theme. It's not long to go until the Silly Season and I noticed that last year I really only did my December Daily album (which if you were following along on the blog you would have seen most of the pages). I thought it time to get a few scrap pages completed so that I can put last years festive time to bed and start on 2014.

Of course all of these beautiful pieces are available through your local WOW stockist.

Merry & Bright
Using chipboard Christmas Tree Squiggle

My favourite accent colour at Christmas is gold, and the quickest and easiest way to colour the world gold is embossing powder. I love using it on chipboard and this layout is no exception.

Something I haven't used a lot of is microbeads. I thought these were perfect to make the star pop and separate it from the rest of the chipboard piece.

Christmas in the harbour city
Using chipboard Christmas Bow Flourish, chipboard Christmas Angel title and light wood veneer Christmas Tree

We see so much of how Northern Hemisphere cities decorate in the festive season, so I love nothing more than seeing how we do it Down Under. That was the inspiration for this page.

Again using pops of gold through embossing powders on chipboard and light wood veneer add to the page.

Don't forget you can cut chipboard to make it work for you. The 'Christmas' in this title comes from the below 'Christmas Angel' title.

Thanks for calling past and we hope you are enjoying this months new releases.
