February 22nd
Hey there, it's Kerryn here and I'm back with a few more February New Release projects to share with you today.
I have my second Christmas page that I spoke about earlier in the month and my recently revealed layout on another Stuck?! Sketch.
The day was Christmas 2013, when magic was big on his wish list.
A few snaps capturing the boy opening his pressies.
I've used the New Release chipboard Messy Heart Frame to draw the focus to photo. It's been covered with red ink as a base for the Stickles and metallic gel pen that I have randomly applied. I've used the same technique with the Messy Circle Frame at the top of the page, but this time I've coloured it using soft teal ink and diamond Stickles.
Then to finish the page off I've added a few different Wood Veneer pieces left in their natural state. The Christmas lights under the title are from the Wood Veneer Christmas Pack, the year was created using the Wood Veneer Numbers Pack and the Dec 25th from the Wood Veneer Christmas Numbers Pack
Still believe
My second page features the Corner Heart Flourish and the Delicate Doily. Both pieces were gesso-ed first and left to dry. The flourish has been covered with a few different watercolour paints in reds & pinks and the stamped with Staz on Ink in black.
The doily has been cut in half and coloured with a navy pen.
The new chipboard title Celebrate this moment was also covered with a water-colour wash and lightly stamped.
Celebrate this moment
Thanks for dropping by the blog today, hopefully you get a chance for a little crafting sometime very soon.

Hi Guys,
Today I am sharing another layout I did for a challenge last month. When I seen the mood board I knew who and which photo I needed to scrap. My daughters closest friend has been diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma late last year. Eve has a big personality and she is staying strong and positive. I think she rocks the bald, beautifully.
I really love these new messy hearts they frame the photo perfectly.

Hi Everyone,
This is a layout I created for a challenge last month.
I have used some our awesome new summer range, just coloured with black ink. The title has glossy accents over it too for a bit of shine.

February 12th
Hello again, Kerryn back to share another February project with you.
This time I have used the new release Mini Chain Heart, base coated with Gesso and then painted it with Distress Paint. It has formed the base to my embellishment cluster at the bottom of the photo.
The new release Mini Flourishes have also been painted Distress Paint and then added to either side of the photo to symbolize his scooter trail.
You can also spot a Wood Veneer Male symbol left in it's raw state.
Clever Dude
Thanks for visiting the blog today, happy scrapping.

Project Life...Tanya..
Hi to all you Project Life lover's...
February new release is here already with some great little WOW pieces for you to use in your Project Life ...
Today I'm showing my album that I have decided to do about me...or the thing's I can remember about my childhood. I never really scrap about myself but I am really happy with how it's coming along...
The 1st WOW new release I have used is the heart AltaMatz...
I used it firstly on a plain white card and painted over it with Gold precious metal colour...
Added a little sprinkle of gold glitter for some sparkle!
I've used the NEW double heart here...firstly dabbed with Gold Acrylic paint than added a little gold Crackling colour and just let it dry naturally...Love the crackle effect...
.Love the crackled effect...
Another great little heart. I kept it simple just dabbed with paint and added a couple sequins...
I used acetate paper to try something different with the heart AltaMatz. I just dabbed it with texture paste...If you do try this technique keep in mind it takes a long time to dry!
Of course add a little bit of glitter!!
With this i used a combination of Acrylic paint, precious metal and crackle paint it gave a great antique look
Hearts are definitely popular in time for Valentine's Day...
I've used crackle paint and precious metal and added a little cluster of sequins...
The rose looks stunning covered in crackle paint and sprinkled with glitter
Thanks for stopping by. I hope I've given you all a little bit of inspiration to get stuck into creating memories the Project Life way...
Till next time happy creating x

February 6th
Well hello WOW fanatics, Kerryn here with my first project created using the February New Releases.
This layout has a good mix of old and new WOW products, from a new 6x6 AltaMATZ to a few wood veneer Christmas pieces, they all come together perfectly.
The background effect has been created with Distress Ink and the new 6x6 Heart & Wire AltaMATZ. I have also outlined a few random hearts using a metallic gold pen.
The other new release piece is the chipboard Mary-Ann Flourish, covered with gold ink and then coated with diamond Stickles
The Wood Veneer Christmas Pack was put to good use. The word Merry Christmas has been softly covered with Distress Ink to balance the red on the page and the angel has been covered with more ink and Stickles. The HoHoHo from the Christmas Numbers Pack met with the same treatment. Love the Stickles finish in the sunlight.
I think you would have worked out by now that I am still scrapping Christmas photos. The season flew pass so quickly, I guess I missed the boat. So I have plenty to catch up on.
PS: Another Christmas page will make an appearance later in the month :).
Oh, What fun it is!
