September New Release by Monique

Hi everyone, it's Monique here sharing a couple of layouts I've done using the gorgeous new WOW - Words or Whatever September Release Products.

First up, I've used this 12 x 12 Spiral Circles Altamatz ALTA050 to create a unique textured background to my layout.  First I applied texture paste to the circles, then when that was dry, I painted glimmermist randomly over the background.

Here is the Finished Product:

I have also used a 6 x 6 Circle Pack WOW1613, and some cogs from the Mini Cogs Pack WOW1568.  Both of these were coated with some Perfect Pearls in Copper.

Next, I have created this layout with the new WOW 1617 Monique Flourish.

I painted the flourish with a Paint Dauber in Citrus, then added some Shimmerz in Lime to it to give it a little sparkle - just can't resist that bling!!  LOL!
